SPRING IS HERE!!

Okay, I'm back!  I stopped Blogging because of Facebook but I'm going to try to BLOG once a  month to post a lot more pictures that I don't put on Facebook.  Alex and I are staying VERY busy and having lots of fun, especially now that the spring weather is warming up!  Alex loves going ice skating on Thursday evenings and roller skating on the weekends.  Right now he goes to karate on Mondays and Wednesdays and swim lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We had a great Easter with friends and he got to go on multiple egg hunts this year, including the one at the Naval Academy where there was 6,000 eggs!!  We go to a LOT of Navy sports events and Alex really likes lacrosse and baseball.  He has his own glove now and we're practicing catching almost every day!

He is ready for summer and can't wait to start Kindergarten in August!  I only have 4 weeks of school left and will graduate 2 weeks later!!  I'm so glad to be done with my Masters Degree!!!

SWEET NOVEMBER

I can't believe November has passed....!!!
Alex and I went to Disney on Ice:  Rockin' Ever After with great friends at the end of October.  The boys LOVED their snowcones!  Alex and I had our fall pictures made too, which turned out great!  Thank you Sarah at sknow design!  Right now Alex is all about Navy Basketball since home football games are over.  He loves going to both mens and womens games and we have to take a picture with Bill the Goat at every game!!  We're looking forward to a visit from Grammy in the next few days and the Army Navy game next weekend!  Happy December everyone!

HALLOWEEN FUN!

We had a GREAT Halloween, lots of fun!  We carved our pumpkins on my birthday while Hurrican Sandy was upon us!  We were very fortunate not to even lose power and we have been praying for those familes that sustained horrible damage.  Alex LOVED cleaning out the pumpkins.  Last year he thought it was "gross" but this year he was all about getting messy and it was fun.  We separated and cleaned all the seeds and roasted them for a yummy snack!

Alex got an AWESOME package from Grandma Pam and Grandpa Don.  This is a GIANT Frankenstein marshmellow pop that was in it!  Thanks Grandma Pam!

These dracula teeth were in there too.  Alex wore these to the store, restaurants...you name it.  He loved them and it was so funny!!

Halloween parade at school!!  The kids were just SOOOO cute (That's Alex as Batman)!!

Trick-or-treating with Aunt Megan, Uncle Mike, Michael John, and Matthew David...lots of fun!

A kiss from my superhero!!!

BIRTHDAY BOY!!

Alex's party was actually on his birthday this year and slow old mom is finally posting the pictures.  We were so blessed to have so many friends and family members join us for Alex's big 5th birthday!  It was such a fun day and Alex CRASHED that night from all the bouncing and sugar!  I love you Alex!
